Why We Took the Office Outside

In March, we hit pause — sort of. Our team packed up laptops and headed to Lisbon for a week-long offsite built around reflection, collaboration, and (yes) a few riverside Spritzes. But this wasn’t a holiday. It was an intentional shift in how we think about productivity, inspiration, and team culture.

The idea was simple: break the routine. By removing the walls of the office, we created space for new conversations and unexpected connections. Morning walks turned into brainstorms. Evenings turned into strategy huddles. Every meal became a chance to realign.

We also invited a few clients to join for virtual working sessions — giving them a glimpse into our process and offering a new level of transparency. Feedback? They loved it.

The biggest takeaway? Creative momentum isn’t about clocking hours in a building. It’s about energy, trust, and shared focus. We came back with tans, new pitch decks, and a renewed belief: where you work does change how you work.
